Yep.  You should be able to do this by removing the check boxes next to the components used by that card (TCP/IP, 
Windows Networking, etc.).  The interface should still be "up," but will not have an IP address.

I have setup snort on a Windows 2K server and I am trying to 
get my second
ethernet card (IDS Listener) to work without  a DHCP or 
static IP address.
Can anyone tell me if they have been able to do this ?
