Hello u all!!!

I have a problem i'm running snort 1.8.7 on win 2000 i try the simple line snort -v/d/e and its show nothing. when i 
cntl break it i get from all the parametrs only 00000.

 Does anyone knows what the problem????????#@#$%#$@^%$
