Rules update for Silicon Defense Snort 1.8.7

["Zhou, Tao (Tao)" <tzhou1 () avaya com>]

Does anyone have the instruction of updating the rules of Silicon Defense Snort 1.8.7b119? I found the Snort service 
can't start after replacing the rules with the current rules (stable version) and using the new snort.conf coming with 
the current rules.
