Snort user groups

Maybe it would be a good idea to put a section on the snort.org site that
listed local user groups and contact info for them. That would be pretty
low-maintenance. Users could submit info when they want to form a group,
and the webmaster could just add them to the list. It seems like that would
cut down a bit on the volume of "me too" messages coming across the list.
