Snort error on kernel

A need sotution to error:
snort /kernel: ln0: promiscuous mode enable

My snort is update to 1.8.6 (compiled on tar.gz)
My system is FreeBSD 4.5 and my server is COMPAQ PROSSIGMA 500 (ethernet
onboard).
