- So you have not upgraded any components between the switch over to v18->v20?

- Have you tried rebuilding the alert cache?  From the acid_maintenance.php
page, click on the "Rebuild event cache" button.

- Are there any PHP messages generated in the Apache error log (assuming you are
logging PHP errors there -- see ACID FAQ Question #D-4).
