Emilio,

the arachnids database has been up and down for the past few months.  You can 
always remove the refs to whitehats if youd like.  That is the nice thing 
about open source.

I dont know of any better reference off the top of my head.  I am sure that 
once Max Vision (owner of Whitehats.com) gets out of his current troubles, he 
will once again be providing rule and research information.
