Snort and Token Ring

Have any of you ever used Snort with a token ring network?  I am running on
Windows NT 4 with Snort 1.8.3 with WINPCAP 2.2 (I've also tried 2.3).  The
adapter sees packets, but logs them all as "other" and does not decode at
all.  Ethernet interfaces on the same box work just fine.
