Snort 1.8.3 MSSQL static install does not connect to MSSQL

Hello all,

I just got through upgrading my snort 1.8.2 install to 1.8.3 using the 
"Snort_1.8.3_Win32_MSSQL_Release.zip" available from Silicon Defense.

This is a relativly simple process.

However the 1.8.3 install does not connect to-login to the MSSQL server. 
Otherwise appears ok.

Had to back out to 1.8.2 and this works again like before.

Any ideas, or could their be a problem with compliled version??
