Question on ACID Database

To anyone who can help:

I'm trying to access the database from Microsoft Access using ADODB.  I'm
having difficulty with the ip_src and ip_dst fields of the iphdr table- they
come up as "long integers" in Access, and give me wacky BIG negative or
positive numbers.

Could you lend some insight on what I have to do to translate these numbers
into actual dotted notation IP addresses?
