RE: snort with mysql

It is a library required so that snort can talk to your database, have you
checked that it actually exist and did you compile snort with MySql support
?

When I try to run snort with MySQL database I get the following error:
./snort: error in loading shared libararies: libmysqlclient.so.10: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory


what does it means ? and how can I get it to work with MySQL ?
