Actually the stream3_leak_finder.log is part of some code that Todd Lewis
implemented to help debug the spp_tcp_stream3 module.
The spp_tcp_stream3 module dumps data to this file if you send the snort
process a SIGUSR2 signal.

The above-mentioned build seems to be leaking on my Solaris 2.6/Sparc box.
stream3_leak_finder.log isn't logging anything.
