Administrivia: SC-L-Digest is in testing

Greetings SC-L,

Well, it's taken longer than I wanted it to, but I'm currently testing the 
SC-L-DIGEST configuration.  If it goes as planned, then it'll be "official" 
next week.  In the meantime, if anyone wants to help test (and be warned that 
there may well be some bumps in the road), you can feel free to unsubscribe 
from SC-L and subscribe to SC-L-DIGEST.

As soon as I'm confident that the configuration is working properly, I'll send
around a more formal announcement along with instructions.
