Tickets.com deep-linking opinion online Declan:FYI, the Ticketmaster v. Tickets.com deep-linking opinion is now available online on GigaLaw.com, at http://www.gigalaw.com/library/ticketmaster-tickets-2000-03-27.html . Upon reading the opinion, it's obvious to see that it's not as broad as reported. Also, the opinion provides some interesting discussion about the enforceability of web site "terms and conditions," too.Doug ======================= Douglas M.
