Typically, a keylogger logs only keystrokes.  It will log all keystrokes
from any applications, windows, chat, etc. in sequential order, but it just
logs keystrokes.  We sell hardware keyloggers on our site here:

It you want to capture all activity and replay it, you might take a look at
Netwitness, but this is a beast of a different color.
