I will agree with Robert on Red Browser. Red Browser works across most of the java enabled handsets.

Most of the Mobile malware is platform specific with the vast majority
written to target Symbian (especially versions prior to 3.0). If you
are looking for something universal there are 1 or 2 Java based mobile
malware, such as Redbrowser (

you will actually get a sample easily however
