that is 99% ture of jsut about all the the questions where "they"
didn't know how to solve the problem

even if one was able to do everything the apps is supposed to be 
able to do, one might not know all the bells and whistles of the
appps to see all the gory fun details that an experienced user
will be able to show in a matter of minutes

i use a modified pfilt ( local sniffing ) to show login/passwd and
complete email or web contents moving over the wire vs remote sniffing
