I have a hard time imagining how some kind of eggdrop bot would be terribly useful. You could communicate with the bot 
via IRC, but what kind of actions would it carry out remotely? Running a reverse shell program? 

If the bot were scripted to perform remote actions on the server, why would you need to log into the server too? Having 
never scripted in TCL/TK, I'm not entirely certain what you can accomplish with those things. :)
