Backdoor which tells where it is?? A Reverse Backdoor??

is there any backdoor which tells in which ip it is. Its like a
reverse backdoor.
It sould be able to connect to my ip. It keep checking is my owner is
ON. if it is ON then it connects to the hacker's computer and gives a
reverse Shell.
