With some work you can get nmap and nessus running (you still need a
*nix host to run the nessus daemon). VMWare can work (Not the fastest
way, but does work).

Or

You can look at Tennable's commercial products, or Core Impact's, or...

Lots of choices, it depends on the depth of your wallet.
