Hi !

Depends on what do you mean by auditing : you have all the usual audit tools (retina, languard, acunetix, ...) that can 
scan what ever you want including unix/linux boxes.

PDF should be easy (retina for instance), but I am nearly sure you will find NO tools thant will generate Word/ppt 
reports !!
