Yep, i can confirm that as well. Intel chipsets doesnt support packet injections, so i got myself a wifi card(netgear 311T) with an atheros chip. It works perfect On 8/12/06, Travis <teedubb () gmail com> wrote:
fabio, you are out of luck with aireplay. i also have the ipw2200 centrino card and it does not support packet injection (ARP injection). all you will be able to do is capture packets. if you want to speed up the process by injecting packets you will have to use another wireless card, say the Orinoco gold series which supports packet injection. sorry for the bad news but i was pissed off when i found out that my ibm T42 didnt support packet injection as well. best of luck. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This List Sponsored by: Cenzic Concerned about Web Application Security?
