Has a lot of NMAP like code in it, almost like it copied and pasted from nmap to scanrand for the port scanning, but
what do I know.. :)

Subject: scanrand ver 2

Hi,

Has anyone out there successfully compiled this program on linux? I've had issues with compilation on a couple of
different systems and have noticed, for example, that it is not on the whoppix/whax distribution.

I think the author requested on his site that he was looking for someone to help out with the project over a year ago
but I don't believe it's ever come to fruition?

I think scanrand 1 was very promising but had some frustrating lack of features and a few bugs.

Would be nice to hear anything new or interesting about it? I'd really love to try ver 2.
