RC4-128 tool?

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool which allows me to perform RC4-128 encryptions and
decryptions, like the DES calculator at
<http://www.unsw.adfa.edu.au/~lpb/src/DEScalc/DEScalc.html>. Can someone
help me out?
