The question is: is there a way to avoid being fingerprinted in Postfix?
If you don't recompile it, a way is to put a specific proxy in front of your server. This proxy could be fingerprinted but smtpscan will only identify the 1st MTA in the chain, of course. However, adding elements to your system does not always make it more secure.
