For me It is very hard to go for the CEH course as from my country
INDIA there is no institute which provide this course. But i got all
books which they provide. The course includes simply the basics of the
Network Security like Scanners, DDOS and about tools which you can
find them in any security related book like Hacking Exposed series. I
am very much interested in network security jobs but i am unable find
company here in INDIA , where i can do job .

Backing what Tim has said already, the instructor is definitely the key to
any security course.

I have actually taken the InfoSec Institute course taught by Tim and he does
know his stuff and presented in a manner that a security professional who is
looking for a deeper view into methodical pen testing, will definitely
benefit from.

The Infosec Institute approach covers what is needed to take the EC Council
tests, but doesn't follow their course work of 1000+ slides. The course is
intense, hands-on, and the capture the flag exercises at the end of each day
really drive up the topics covered.
