You can use auditor distrbution (live CD) this distribution include some
interesting hacking tools and some tools for auditing bluetooth devices.

For bluesnarfing you can use directly bluesnarfer (works well :) )

I can use with sucess btxml script on only nokia 6310i and for SE T610 I can use
obexftp for dumping the phonebook.
