Does anyone know a proxy tool like Achilles, but for linux?

If you want something simple, install Firefox and the RequestPoison
extension. I've found it a little easier to mess with the input when I
only need to change one or two things using this instead of going to a
proxy tool like paros.

Still love paros, though. It helps find where else you need to look to
exploit.
