Bob,

Citrix traffic is always transmitted in ICA protocol. ICA packets over TCP. The
CMC (Citrix Management Console)
will allow you to see who is connected etc and the IP details, but you gain
access to the CMC via the actual
farm itself and permissions are gained from within the Datastore for the farm.
