SSL Proxy

Hi List,

Am looking for an SSL proxy similar in its functionality to the well
known SSL proxy program Stunnel www.stunnel.org . Stunnel can work with
Openssl or SSLeay  libraries ,am looking for a proxy that relies on the
windows CryptoAPI libraries.
