<Why not interrogate the applications which are using DynDNS. That is, if it's a webserver, find the FQDN via the web port> A quick check would be to https:// to the ip address you know. Your browser should spit back a warning noting that the ssl cert (assuming they have one) isn't valid for the name you're using, view cert and bingo you've got the domain name.
