Can you really connect to all those ports or just to 23? Also, are you sure that those 3 ports are filtered at the target side, or maybe something in your way is blocking it (like a firewall on your network or on your network provider's network)? It would be nice if you could connect to those open ports and send us some banners (if they are available).
