[PEN-TEST] VPN Detector

I was playing around with Shiva VPN Client Software and IPSEC based VPN's
recognizing differences in key exchange mechanism. Shiva does the key
exchange over UDP-2233 and IPSEC over UDP-500. But this is not a *true*
indicator.

How do you recognize VPN devices?
