If your looking for something quick and simple just to monitor your subnets for available IP's etc... Check out SolarWinds, they offer a free tool called IP Tracker which is the same as the 'IP Monitor' that comes with the full NPM package, it's worth a download...fast and simple. If you have a largish network, I cannot recommend something like OSSIM enough. I built a mediocre spreadsheet I've been using for my networks but I'm sure some of you have better/prettier/more functional spreadsheets or databases you use to manage your IP addresses... Maybe you could share your methods with the rest of us or a template of what you are using?
