canned data for AD and Exchanged

I asked this on Twitter earlier but thought I'd try a wider audience....

My windows test lab is looking a bit sparse on data, I've got plenty
of web and sql data but nothing much in my AD and I'm about to setup
an Exchange server which won't get much beyond a couple of accounts to
test the setup worked. I've also got Sharepoint to install (blessed is
Technet!) which will start out empty.

Does anyone have any canned data for AD, Sharepoint or Exchange so I
can beef it all up a bit?

Even better, is there an easy way to script creating data so that I
can generate a load to my own specs?
