[OT (Kinda)] Exim Training in the UK

Hi all,

Please excuse the off-topic post, however I'm running out of options!

Does anyone know of an organisation in the UK that runs training courses on 
Exim that are more than just "apt-get install...and you're done"?

Since Cambridge University stopped delivering the courses, I'm really 
struggling to find someone to train our staff!

Also, any recommendations for good exim books would be greatly welcomed!
