Noticed something weird on the Windows Update site

[josh.ciceraro at gmail.com (Josh Ciceraro)]

Went to update one of my windows machines and the button to install updates
appears to be in Russian or some other language.  I have attached a
screenshot.  Has anyone seen this sort of thing before?
