SSL Monitoring through proxies

So, you guys have made me paranoid.  I'm now in the process of setting up my
proxy to read SSL traffic, decrypt it, read it, encrypt it, send to client.

I have ssldump working and giving me data, but I'm not sure how to get the
certificate passing working to give me that "clear text" center....
