GIAC Cert Attempt: need some confidence...

I am limited in what I can say, due to NDA's. But let me say that if you are
studying that much, and have either indexed your textbooks or flagged them
for quick lookups, and have scored highly on the practice exams, you should
have a high level of confidence going into the exam. Remember to take your
time, and read both the question and answers thoroughly before picking; it
is worth the extra thirty seconds or so, especially if you aren't running
into time issues in the practice tests. Good luck, Patrick. Please let us
know how you do! :)

For those of you that have passed the GIAC cert(s), I need some input
(and hopefully some confidence). I am scheduled to take the GIAC/GSEC
in a week and a half and have been studying quite a bit. I just took
the SEC401 assessment test and passed pretty easily, downloaded the
TCP/IP assessment pdf (from SANS) and passed pretty easily, and
finally, took my first practice exam. I passed the practice exam
pretty easily (87%), spending very little time looking things up and
plenty of time left (over two and half hours left).

So, my question is, are these tests pretty representative of the cert
test I'll be taking? Or is the cert exam much harder and I need to
study harder and longer. I don't plan on slacking between now and
then. I'll still study, and concentrate on the areas that I didn't do
so well.

Thanks for your help!
