Evil Twin attacks and specifying the BSSID

I've been thinking about Evil Twin attacks recently, and had a question.
With the Evil Twin attack both APs have the same ESSID, but the BSSID varies
(as I understand it). Is there a way in Windows to specify which BSSID to
attach to? I found some docs on Linux, but not Windows.

Any ideas?
