As long as we are up to buying submarines, bunkers, training, and
satellites. I would like authorization and financing to build and maintain a
third party testing and research facility fitted with appropriate equipment,
power requirements, lecture halls, and living quarters for out of area
guests and local enthusiasts to gather, network free of any charge, and
collaborate on both new and old security related projects that is open to
the security community as a sort of continual peer training.

But, I would settle for a wi-spy.

A monster server with 64gb of ram, a petabyte of storage and 8 quad core

uber.

You can do anything you set your mind to when you have vision,
determination, and and endless supply of expendable labor.

Rhetorical question: You're given a large grant that you can use to
buy any hacking goodies you'd like to do research. What sort of
stuff
would be on your shopping list?

Personally, I'd like one of those cigarette pack lady ada Wave
Bubbles.
