that's cool... but what would be even cooler is if there was a contest in
which you get 30 mins say.. and the team with the most kills at that point
wins. random game, random setup, spend your time hacking or shooting, but at
the end the high score wins :)

Ray,
It's simple, two contests are going on at the same time, a Halo
tournament and a Hacking tournament. Thats it. The Halo tourney is
bracketed. The Hacking tourney is everything from Sudoku to cracking open an
XP box to figuring out a riddle.

So I got the ShmooCon email this morning and was wondering.. can anyone
explain Hack or Halo to me? Sounds interesting but I've only been able to
find the brief blurb on ShmooCon's site.

"Barcode Shmarcode is a new contest being introduced for ShmooCon
2009.
The idea is simple - Find the coolest, l33t3st, most outlandishly
"h5ck3r"
way to print out your ShmooCon ticket confirmation barcode. The only
rule
is your barcode has to scan and it has to be YOUR unique barcode.
Winners
will be granted bragging rights and maybe even a neat prize (okay,
definitely a neat prize)."

Anyone brave enough to do this?
