Do you need MSDN, or would TechNet do? The TechNet plus direct (no
media, download what you need) is only $349 1st year, $250 renewals.
There is also the Action Pack for MS partners, requires a few hoops,
but might be an option for short $$

Out of curiosity, anyone know of any MSDN discounts floating around?
Thinking of picking up a subscription for myself and figure I might as well
check and save myself some cash.  If not I'm still going to buy it though.
