Nmap 7.80 - Assertion failed

Hi,
I am using Nmap 7.80 in windows. When I am running ping sweep scan with -sn option, the Nmap is crashing with the 
following message:
Assertion failed: htn.toclock_running == true, file ..\Target.cc, line 503
