The latest version of Npcap is never installed

Hi, I don't know how to speak English very well, but I will do my best. I
have installed Wireshark, which needs Npcap to work, the thing is that when
I install, Npcap does not install for me, and Wireshark installation
continues with its normal processing.

I have tried to install only the Npcap with its latest version downloaded
from the main page (https://nmap.org/download.html), but what happened was
that the installer appeared to me, and then it disappeared and was not
installed nothing. I thought it could be because I had a damaged file, but
no, I have deleted everything and reinstalled it, but it is still there.

Also, windows, when I try to find the application or make some
configuration to the Npcap application in the terminal, it tells me that it
does not exist or is not installed, so I don't know what to do to install
it.
