Thanks for this bug report. It looks like Zenmap is not properly decoding
the path it reads from the output of nmap -oX - --script-help

In trying to reproduce the crash, I was unable to get Nmap to install to or
read from a directory that has non-ascii characters in it. It looks like we
have a few different issues to deal with. Can you let us know how you
installed Nmap?
