Hey devs,

This week was spent trying to wrap up things. I could get a lot done but
there are still issues that need attention.

Accomplishments:
- Fixed errors in prediction code. It now complies correctly but I'm stuck
on a ld error
- removed all cmake commands from the opencv build system
- Found that opencv doesn't support returning votes from individual trees
in the random forest.
- Made the submission dir for the final GSoC submission.

Priorities:
- Complete the final evaluation.
- Fix the ld error
- Ship modified version of opencv for returning votes in addition to
predicted class.
