You can try the latest Npcap 0.08 r4 at:
https://github.com/nmap/npcap/releases
And submit the installer log according to:
https://github.com/nmap/npcap#installation-log

And please describe your current state of issue using the Nmap input and
output, copy + paste would be great. Don't use words. Thanks!
