[NSE] http-apache-server-status pull request #322

Hi nmap-dev,

I have submitted a pull request with a new script that detects the
Apache /server-status page and it outputs interesting information such
as the Apache version, server up-time and requests table. The script,
examples and references can be found at
https://github.com/nmap/nmap/pull/322/

This is my first time coding in Lua and any feedback is much appreciated.
