Josh, I can confirm that for some reason, the Nmap binary that shipped with 6.49BETA4 was dynamically linked instead of statically linked. I have no idea why, since when I rebuilt using the exact same command, it went back to static (and therefore fully-functional). For now, I would suggest rolling back to 6.49BETA3. I will be working to put checks into the build process to ensure this doesn't happen again.
